Do not move payments away from checkout

If you found an item, service, property, or business through MarketLiberiAll, do not send money through a private side arrangement that is not shown during checkout or the relevant support path.

A screenshot, forwarded message, or verbal promise is not final proof that an order, refund, payout, or delivery issue is settled.

Do not share secret account or payment details

MarketLiberiAll support will not ask for your password, mobile-money PIN, one-time code, full card number, or private account recovery code.

If someone asks for those details, stop the conversation and contact support through the official help path.

Check delivery and cash requests

Cash on delivery is available only when it is shown for the order. Do not pay extra cash because a caller or message says the delivery will be released faster.

Delivery partners should only request the information needed to complete the assigned delivery.

Report unsafe listings, messages, or documents

Report counterfeit goods, unsafe products, misleading property details, suspicious storefronts, threatening messages, malware-like files, or requests for private documents that do not match the transaction.

Include the order reference, public page link, message details, and any safe evidence you can provide.
