This Privacy Policy explains how MarketLiberiAll, Inc. collects and handles personal information when you use our websites, mobile apps, partner and delivery workspaces, staff and admin tools, support channels, and related services.

We process information to provide commerce, delivery, support, safety, payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, account management, communications, and platform improvement. We do not sell personal information.

2. Data we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use MarketLiberiAll.

  • Account and contact data: name, email, phone, password credentials, date of birth where required, account status, account type, verification status, preferences, and support history.
  • Commerce data: cart, checkout, order, booking, inquiry, offer, review, saved item, wallet, loyalty, coupon, receipt, refund, dispute, return, payout, and transaction records.
  • Delivery data: county, address, landmark, instructions, contact details, package status, proof, incident records, location evidence where needed for assigned delivery work, and cash on delivery records.
  • Partner and verification data: business details, identity or business documents, licenses, vehicle documents, training status, payout destination details, contract records, tax records, sanctions or risk review outcomes, and public profile details.
  • Technical and security data: device information, app version, browser, IP address, session records, cookie identifiers, crash/error details, security event data, audit logs, and fraud/risk signals.
  • Communications: support messages, in-app messages, emails, notification preferences, consent records, and call or chat records where support channels provide them.

3. Legal bases and purposes

We process personal information under contract necessity, consent, legal obligation, legitimate interests, public or vital interest where applicable, and legal claims or defense where needed. Consent can be withdrawn for optional processing, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed or processing required for orders, law, safety, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, process orders and bookings, coordinate delivery, support customer service, calculate lawful transaction records, handle payments and refunds, maintain partner and delivery readiness, prevent abuse, moderate content, send notices, comply with law, improve performance, and maintain audit evidence.

4. How we share data

We share only what is needed for the relevant purpose.

  • Customers, partners, service providers, real estate partners, and delivery partners receive limited transaction information needed to complete the transaction or support case.
  • Payment providers, banks, mobile money providers, payout providers, fraud screening providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, push providers, and other processors receive data under security and confidentiality terms.
  • Staff and admins may access records only for assigned business purposes and sensitive actions are logged.
  • Government, regulators, courts, law enforcement, tax authorities, or legal advisers may receive information where lawfully required or where needed to protect rights, safety, users, partners, MarketLiberiAll, or the public.
  • If MarketLiberiAll is involved in a merger, financing, investment, restructuring, asset transfer, or similar transaction, data may transfer with notice and continued protection commitments.

5. Cross-border processing

MarketLiberiAll is Liberian-operated, but technology providers, payment providers, security providers, cloud infrastructure, support tools, analytics tools, and communication channels may process information outside Liberia. We use contractual, technical, organizational, access-control, and vendor-diligence safeguards appropriate to the data and service.

6. Security and uploads

We use technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, logging, monitoring, staff confidentiality duties, restricted document access, short-lived access links, and incident response procedures.

Files and documents submitted for listings, KYC, disputes, support, delivery evidence, or account records go through quarantine, validation, malware scanning, review where required, and controlled storage before final use. Private documents such as KYC records, contracts, payout records, dispute evidence, and staff evidence are not published as public media.

7. Retention and legal holds

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, platform operation, law, tax, accounting, AML/CFT controls, audits, legal claims, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retention periods may differ for account records, orders, payments, invoices, KYC documents, delivery logs, support cases, audit logs, marketing consent, and security records.

Deletion requests are honored subject to open orders, balances, disputes, fraud or abuse concerns, legal holds, tax records, payment records, audit duties, and other lawful retention requirements. Backups and derived records are handled under their retention and deletion cycle.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, and portable export. Some information may be withheld or redacted to protect another person, security controls, fraud detection, confidential business information, legal privilege, or legal duties.

Marketing choices do not stop transactional, safety, account, payment, legal, delivery, security, or support notices. You can contact [email protected] for privacy requests.

9. Children

MarketLiberiAll is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without a lawful basis, we will delete it or take another legally required action.

10. Breach notification and contact

If a personal data incident creates a meaningful risk to affected people, MarketLiberiAll will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected people or authorities where required by law or provider obligations. We aim to notify affected users within 72 hours after confirming a reportable incident where practical and lawful.
