1. What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small files saved by a browser. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels, tags, device identifiers, and app preferences. They help MarketLiberiAll keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand performance, support checkout, and improve user experience.

2. Categories we use

MarketLiberiAll may use the following categories.

  • Essential technologies: required for sign-in, cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, language or county selection, and account continuity. These cannot be turned off through MarketLiberiAll settings because the service cannot function safely without them.
  • Preference technologies: remember choices such as display preferences, saved views, delivery area, notification choices, and account settings.
  • Analytics and performance technologies: help us understand page views, app stability, feature use, search quality, error rates, and service performance. We use them to improve reliability and user experience.
  • Marketing technologies: used only where enabled and lawful to understand campaigns, measure ads, avoid repeated messages, and show relevant promotions. You can opt out of non-essential marketing technologies.

3. Third parties

Some providers may set or read cookies or identifiers when they support hosting, security, analytics, payment, communication, support, maps, error monitoring, or marketing. Provider use is governed by contracts and their own notices where applicable. We do not allow third parties to use MarketLiberiAll data for unrelated resale.

4. Mobile apps

Mobile apps may use secure device storage, device identifiers, push tokens, app preferences, crash identifiers, and temporary saved data in ways similar to cookies. Sensitive tokens must be kept only in secure device storage. You can manage some mobile permissions through your device settings.

5. Managing choices

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings and any MarketLiberiAll cookie controls provided on the relevant domain. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, cart, security checks, support, or workspace tools from working correctly.

You may opt out of marketing messages through available unsubscribe or preference controls. Essential, account, payment, legal, delivery, security, and support notices may still be sent.

6. Do Not Track and changes

There is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. MarketLiberiAll does not currently change behavior based solely on those signals, but you can use browser, app, and account settings to manage available choices.

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, laws, or platform practices change. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice.
